Ingredients:
12 tbsp corn flour
4 tbsp white (wheat) flour
3 eggs
2 dl yoghurt
2 dl mineral water
250g white cheese
1 dl any vegetable oil
1 packet of baking powder
Method:
Mix all the above ingredients in a big mixing bowl and pour the mixture evenly into the greased cups of a muffin tin and bake for about 30-minutes. First, bake for 10 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius and then lower the heat to 180 degrees Celsius and bake for another 20 minutes. Serve as appetizers or instead of bread with your main course.
Ingredients:
300-350 g Trappista or monk cheese (cut either into strips or triangles)
2 eggs
Some flour
Breadcrumbs
Method:
Dip the pieces of cheese (both sides) first into the flour, then the beaten egg batter and finally into the breadcrumbs. Place them on a plate and let them cool down in the refrigerator for a short while. Then heat some olive oil in a frying pan and fry the pieces of cheese on both sides for a few minutes until golden brown. Serve with some tartar or any other sauce of your liking. Enjoy it.
