1 cup of dates1 cup of prunes1 ½ cup of water
Boil the water and add the dates and prunes. Cook until all the water is used up and until you get a thick coherent mixture. Put the jam into a glass jar after it has cooled down. Enjoy it with some homemade bread and butter.
A packet of whipping cream powder (prepare per the instructions on the packaging) 2 dl / 6.77 oz sour cream 100 - 150 g / 3.5 - 5.29 oz sugar (you can add more sugar if you prefer your ice cream sweeter)300g / 10.58 oz fruit (bananas, apricots, strawberries, raspberries or any other fruit of your choice)
Once the whipping cream is ready per the instructions, add the sour cream, the sugar and the fruit into it and mix it all well together. Pop the mixture into the freezer and let it cool down overnight.
